Give an Interested Viewer a Reason to Come Out

A good nightlife video can make someone want to experience a place. The next question is practical: where should I go, which event should I choose, and how do I get a ticket?

For an event client (Coop Records), we connected the content to a free event guide, LINE and ticket discounts. The guide helps the viewer plan a night out and introduces relevant events. The contact channel lets the business continue the conversation beyond the original video.

The Business Result: An Audience the Next Event Can Reach

The client’s LINE audience grew from 3 to 100 between the campaign launch on 29 September and 17 October 2026. The guide’s tracked ticket links recorded 33 clicks over the same window.

That gives the next event a head start: people already connected to the business, with a direct way to hear about a show and book a ticket. The original video starts the conversation. The guide, discounts and follow-up give that interest somewhere to go.

These are LINE audience and ticket-link results across the launch window, rather than sales attributed to a single Reel. Completed ticket purchases are the next stage to connect.

From a Reel to a Ticket

  1. Make the experience worth discovering. Instagram content introduces the events and the kind of night someone could have.
  2. Offer something useful. A free guide and relevant discounts give an interested viewer a reason to respond.
  3. Move into the contact channel. The configured journey takes them from Instagram to the client’s LINE account.
  4. Deliver the guide. The viewer receives information they can use, with links to relevant tickets.
  5. Create another opportunity to attend. The business can share suitable event updates and offers through the channel the viewer joined.

The discount is part of the buying journey. It should help the customer choose a relevant event, while the business measures whether the offer produces bookings that make commercial sense.

Why an Event Guide Works Here

An event offer has a date and a decision to make. Someone might be choosing between venues, planning a weekend or looking for a particular experience. A guide that answers those questions gives the video a useful continuation.

This differs from the property campaign, where a free home list can lead to a longer sales conversation. Both campaigns connect content to a business action, but the offer, channel and timing follow the product.

What We Measure Next

The next useful outcome is completed ticket purchases, connected to the relevant offer and campaign where possible. Ticket-link clicks show interest in buying; order records and discount-code use can show what happened after that click.

For another event business, start by deciding what the viewer needs before booking. Build the content and guide around that decision, connect the contact channel and ticket destination, then improve the journey using responses and completed bookings.
